Airport Transfers
  • The driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge past the 30-minute grace period, to be paid in cash directly to the driver.
Thailand
  • Car/Van - THB 100 per 30 min
Taiwan
  • Car/Van – NT 250 per 30 min
Indonesia
  • No surcharge up to 2 hours

Payment

  • A deposit is required when you make a booking.
  • The remaining balance is payable in cash (domestic currency) to the driver at the end of your trip.
  • If there is any payment dispute with driver that cannot be directly resolved, please email us at contact@tweaktrip.com.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% deposit will be refunded if confirmed trip is cancelled 7 days or more before the departure date.
  • 50% deposit will be refunded if confirmed trip is cancelled 4-6 days before the departure date.
  • No deposit will be refunded if confirmed trip is cancelled 3 days or less before the departure date.
  • In the event of any natural disaster that might your confirmed trip and your safety, TweakTrip has the right to cancel any trips and refund the deposit.
